According to ESRS

Materiality Matrix

The dual materiality analysis identifies 25 topics, with a focus on products, production, innovation, and sustainable corporate development.

Our Materiality Matrix Based on ESRS Standards

In our dual materiality analysis, we identified 25 topics and classified them into the four categories “Environment,” “Social,” “Governance,” and “Specific” (Schubert-specific). These topics define the priorities we set in our sustainability strategy across the entire company. In doing so, we draw on both the ESG sustainability criteria and our strategic focus areas. The main areas of focus are product, production, innovation, and sustainable corporate development. Here’s how the matrix works: Click on individual categories to view them separately. Hover your mouse over the items for a detailed description. The materiality threshold chosen by Schubert is 9 on both the X-axis and the Y-axis.
