A different kind of cobot - tog.519
Fast, precise, and reliable. The tog.519 is Schubert's answer to demanding pick-and-place tasks.
With up to 90 cycles per minute, the cobot works faster than many comparable systems on the market. This is made possible by a perfectly coordinated combination of AI-supported image processing and dynamic Scara robot kinematics – developed for maximum performance and process reliability.
Thanks to intelligent vision technology, the tog.519 also recognizes unsorted products in free space and reliably picks them out of the jumble – whether bags, bars, bottles, lids, or pump dispensers. Even placing items in moving trays or pucks is done precisely and reliably.
The tog.519 stands for new agility in packaging automation – in line with the tog philosophy: modular, networked, future-oriented.

Our cobots will demonstrate their capabilities at our trade fair stand with two exemplary applications.
Two robots working as a team: The first cobot picks up randomly fed bags from the conveyor belt and places them in a storage chain. From there, the second cobot takes over and places the products precisely and orderly into a plastic crate.
In the second application, a bag is placed directly from the disordered pile into a passing cardboard tray.
The second cobot adds another bag to the package, demonstrating how mixed packages, for example, can be produced without any problems.

Erecting made easy with the tog.101
The tog.101 is a fully standardized carton erector for flexible use in changing production environments. As a standalone single-function machine, it erects boxes at up to 60 cycles per minute – precisely, efficiently, and in a space-saving manner.
The compact unit is used as a standalone solution wherever corrugated or solid board boxes need to be erected. This applies to trays or wrap-around solutions.
The tog.101 impresses with its simple operation and quick setup: new formats can be adjusted in a matter of minutes by entering parameters on the control module. The intelligent gluing system automatically adjusts the required amount of glue to the respective format, significantly reducing consumption.
As part of the tog product line, the tog.101 represents a packaging function in a convertible production system in which individual functions can be flexibly combined, expanded, or rearranged.
