Your tasks with us are
- Design, development, and implementation of new software features for the planning software
- Advance development – Design and prototyping of new software features
- Further development of existing software components
- Supporting improvements in motion planning/ optimization
- Supporting improvement in our machine learning models
- Maintain the simulation and machine learning pipelines on our on-premise cluster together with the whole team
- Modelling of robot mechanics and machine components
- Adaptation of new technology and tools for the team
- Support of colleagues working on predictive maintenance
Your qualifications
- Degree in mechatronics / electrical engineering / physics or comparable
- Enthusiasm for robotics
- Knowledge of software development with C++ 17 in a professional agile environment
- First experience with DevOps, testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines, ideally with Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge in Matlab and Python
- Basic knowledge of formulating and solving optimiziation problems
- Ideally experiences with ROS applications
- A results-oriented approach, enthusiasm, and a high level of communication and teamwork skills
