In January 2014, Schubert-Pharma was launched as a specialist team in pharmaceutical final packaging. Olaf Horrenberger, Managing Director of SPS Schubert Packaging Systems, explains the added-value, this think-tank has already achieved for their customers.

Within competence teams, employees from Gerhard Schubert GmbH and SPS Schubert Packaging Systems GmbH work together on customer projects. Schubert-Pharma, as a new player in the market, already has several decades of experience in the pharmaceutical sector. Schubert brings its expertise on the highly flexible TLM packaging machines, as well as its long-standing business relationships with pharmaceutical companies. SPS contributes its extensive experience in project management and consulting of complex packaging systems.

The days of large-scale linear filling processes are over. All the important steps can now be integrated into a smaller space. Schubert is proving this with a new TLM Power Compact Line for natural cosmetics manufacturer Börlind. The line is designed for high performance density in the smallest of spaces and was showcased for the first time at the interpack: All process steps, from positioning the containers to filling and sealing, are carried out fully automatically and highly flexibly in an extremely compact area. Schubert cobots feed the packaging components.
