Gerhard Schubert GmbH is a pioneer in the development of modular packaging machines and tailored services for a wide range of industries – from pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, beverages, food and confectionery to technical products.
The family business from Crailsheim (Baden-Württemberg, Germany) produces its digital, robot-based packaging machines with a focus on the interplay between simple mechanics, intelligent control technology and scalable modularity.
Not only does the Schubert Group support customers as a manufacturer of packaging machines and automation solutions, it also has a skilled consulting team at its disposal to develop tailor-made solutions for your specific application.
Behind the packaging machines are the system components: highly flexible components such as robots for special tasks, the Vision System, our Transmodul transport robot, the Flowmodul flow-wrapping machine and the continuously developed VMS packaging machine control system.
TLM sub-machines are built from system components. The term “sub-machine” is a new one in mechanical engineering. It refers to self-contained, fully functional machines that incorporate one function of a complex packaging machine.
The robots in our packaging systems perform a wide range of tasks within the packaging process. They are equipped with specially constructed, format specific, tools. The tools are designed to be highly flexible and can be quickly changed to meet requirements.
Our solutions make it possible to assemble, fill, seal, label, palletise, thermoform, box pack, wrap and perform many other special functions.
Of course, we at Schubert are proud of building outstanding machines. Our entire business is geared towards continuously developing new, future-oriented solutions. However, our corporate culture also has a second strong pillar: relationships with people.
Gerhard Schubert GmbH is a family-run business – with Gerhard Schubert, the company founder, and his son Ralf Schubert as Managing Directors. They run the business together with Peter Gabriel and Marcel Kiessling.
In 1966, Gerhard Schubert laid the foundation stone for our successful company and set out our future. With courage, foresight and vision, Schubert has become what it is today: the world-wide leader in the field of digital packaging machines.
The Schubert-Consulting team develops the best solution concept for a range of different packaging processes. As a supplier-independent engineering partner with many years of experience in virtually every industry, we take a systematic and phased approach to developing your ideal and innovative solution.
As a general contractor, Schubert takes on the overall responsibility for the implementation of your packaging tasks. In order to achieve this, it combines optimally matched individual components and machines to produce a smooth-functioning packaging line.
To help you find the right contact person straight away, we have divided our services up into five service areas: Schubert Expert Center, Schubert Parts Center, Schubert Uptime Program, Schubert Performance Program and Schubert Flex Program.
