With 4YOU Technical Services, we safeguard your production and support you with our proven expertise.
We can quickly and reliably supply you with almost any original service part on order, also in 3D printing.
We repair machine components and assemblies with a 12-month warranty, saving both resources and costs – which also contributes to sustainability.
Inspection and maintenance
We carry out regularly scheduled inspections and maintenance to safeguard your production.
Modifications and retrofits
We update your packaging machine’s mechanics and software and rebuild it to meet changing requirements.
We train your employees in the operation, control and maintenance of the system up to the desired level of knowledge.

4YOU Digital Services
With 4YOU Digital Services, you benefit from access to your machine data on our secure customer portal, as well as optional accurate data analysis for even more efficient production.
CARE Basic includes the free basic equipment ex works including hardware and software for digital services.
CARE Software Maintenance
CARE Software Maintenance includes, in addition to the CARE Basic services, regularly scheduled software maintenance. The prerequisite for this is online operation of the GS gate.
With CARE Analytical, you benefit from configurable and comprehensive analysis dashboards of your packaging machine’s performance and energy consumption on the customer portal.
CARE Data offers you further data export options in addition to OPC-UA interfaces.
With CARE Customized, we implement your requirements in a client-specific project just for you.
CARE Active Call
In the future, the CARE Active Call will trigger proactive communication in the event of anomalies in the machine’s condition.
