The modular TLM packaging machines from Schubert package pharmaceutical products of all kinds in a wide variety of dosage forms with outstanding efficiency.

With its efficient TLM technology for the automation of packaging processes, Schubert relies on an interplay of simple mechanics, intelligent control technology and high modularity. The manufacturer’s extensive portfolio includes systems ranging from case packers, pick and place machines and flow-wrapping machines, to customised and extremely sophisticated packaging lines. The experienced developers at Schubert-Pharma design the packaging systems individually in accordance with specific customer requirements: Thanks to the company’s modular system and highly developed robot technology, additional processes such as labelling, insertion of instructions for use or prescribed quality controls can also be integrated into the packaging machines. Thanks to the combination of all system components, Schubert systems achieve a high level of efficiency and process reliability to meet the pharmaceutical industry’s stringent international standards.

Customised, precisely fitting and exchangeable robot tools guarantee exceptionally gentle product handling and a high degree of packaging format flexibility.

Position-sensitive products can be packed as well as combination kits that need to be assembled from several parts. For all products, Schubert develops precisely fitting and exchangeable robot tools which guarantee exceptionally gentle product handling and a high degree of packaging format flexibility. With the GRIPS.world digital customer platform, the packaging machines also provide all important functions and data for monitoring, performance optimisation and documentation at a glance.
