Same Schubert Technology - Different Size

Dear readers,

You know the feeling: you set off, discover new things, overcome many an obstacle and at some point you turn around and realise how much progress you’ve made! This is exactly what’s happened to us as we look back over the last six decades.

A lot has changed in 60 years. A small business based on Beuerlbacher Straße in Crailsheim has grown into a global enterprise. We’ve established the TLM modular principle and the use of robots in the packaging industry – and we’ve even taught them to “see” with cameras and AI. Ever more versatile,
ever more powerful – this credo has always guided us. And we are working tirelessly to ensure that we continue to take it forwards.

What drives us is the same vision that motivated Gerhard Schubert: to constantly strive to continuously make packaging machines just a little bit better. We’re guided by a strategy and a portfolio that we have now restructured. TLM, lightline and tog are the core technologies we use to master each and every packaging task – from simple to complex ones – for our customers. We look forward to presenting these innovations to you in the magazine and at the upcoming interpack show, to which you are cordially
invited.

In this issue of SEQUENCE, join us on a journey through an eventful year, to the innovations and the people who have made our vision a reality since 1966.
