In September, Schubert has welcomed 21 young people to begin their training. As electronics technicians for automation technology, mechatronics technicians, industrial mechanics and IT specialists in system integration, these new trainees will be laying the foundation for their professional future with the market leader in digital packaging machines.
Training future generations has always been a tradition at Schubert and was a priority from the very beginning. Beginning in September, the Schubert management and workforce are welcoming the new trainees to the company’s headquarters in Crailsheim. During their apprenticeships, the trainees will spend time in several departments. This enables them to acquire practical experience in their respective field of work while discovering their individual interests. The trainees are actively supported by their trainers and through regular advisory meetings. “The personal discussions with the trainees are very important to us. This is how we find out together where their particular strengths lie, how they can develop further and what support they may need along the way,” says Dagmar Schubert, who is responsible for the areas of training, dual studies and the Schubert Academy at Gerhard Schubert GmbH.
